At GOgestión we process the personal data you provide for the following purposes:

  • Managing the contractual relationship with our clients and the provision of administrative management services.
  • Handling enquiries and requests received through our contact channels (web form, email, phone, WhatsApp).
  • Processing orders placed through the online store.
  • Tracking the status of our clients' case files.
  • Sending communications related to the status of contracted procedures.

  • No international data transfers are made except those necessary to fulfil the stated purposes.

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data. The provisions of archiving and documentation regulations shall apply.
