1. Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the user (hereinafter, the Client) and GOgestión (hereinafter, the Provider), arising from the engagement of administrative management services in immigration, nationality and other administrative procedures through the website gogestion.es. Engaging any service offered on this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms; the version published at the time of engagement shall apply.

3. Description of services
GOgestión offers administrative management services specialising in immigration, migration and Spanish nationality. Services are offered as fixed-price packs that include the corresponding administrative fees and complete professional management of the procedure. Each pack details the process phases, what is included and what is not included. The Client should review this information before engaging. Engaging a pack includes an initial advisory consultation.
4. Prices and fees
All prices shown on the website include VAT and the administrative fees specified in each service description. Prices are fixed and correspond to those published at the time of engagement. The administrative fees included in the pack price are those in force at the time of publication. If the authorities modify fee amounts between engagement and case submission, the difference will be communicated to the Client and must be paid or refunded accordingly.
5. Engagement process
The engagement process is carried out through the web platform and consists of the following steps: selection of the desired service, completion of the personal data form, selection of payment method, order confirmation and acceptance of these terms. The Client will receive a confirmation email with a summary of their engagement. Following confirmation, the GOgestión team will contact the Client to begin collecting documentation and schedule the initial consultation.
6. Payment methods
Payment shall be made through the methods available on the platform. GOgestión may offer instalment payment options for certain services, the specific conditions of which will be communicated to the Client before engagement. Non-payment of any instalment shall entitle the Provider to suspend the service until payment is regularised.
7. Service delivery and timescales
The service delivery timeframe depends on the nature of the procedure, the complexity of the case, the Client's diligence in providing documentation and the processing times of the competent public authority. GOgestión undertakes to manage the case with the highest professional diligence, but cannot guarantee resolution timeframes, as these depend solely on the relevant authority. The Client may check the status of their case in real time through the Client Area on the website.
8. Client obligations
The Client undertakes to: provide all required documentation truthfully, completely and within the indicated timeframes; communicate any change in their personal or documentary situation that may affect the procedure; respond to the Provider's requests with due diligence; pay the service price under the agreed conditions; and attend any in-person appointments required by the procedure (fingerprinting, nationality oath, etc.). Delay or failure by the Client in providing documentation or payment may result in the delay or suspension of the service without liability on the part of the Provider.
9. GOgestión obligations
GOgestión undertakes to: provide the service with the diligence and professionalism expected of a registered administrative manager; inform the Client of the necessary documentation and the process phases; submit the case to the competent authority in a timely manner; manage any requirements that the authority may issue; and keep the Client informed of their case status through the online tracking system.
10. Results and guarantees
GOgestión guarantees the professional and diligent management of the case, but cannot guarantee a favourable outcome of the administrative decision, as this rests solely with the competent public authority. An unfavourable result, inadmissibility or archiving of the case does not constitute a breach of contract by the Provider, provided the management was carried out in accordance with current regulations and with the required professional diligence.
11. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from engagement to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons. However, if the Client has expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period and the service has been fully performed, the Client will lose the right of withdrawal. If the service has been partially performed, the Client shall pay the proportional part of the service rendered. To exercise this right, the Client must notify in writing to gerson@gogestion.es.
12. Cancellations and refunds
Once case management has begun (documentation collection, case preparation or submission to the authority), a full refund of the amount paid will not apply, as the professional service has commenced. In the event of cancellation after management has begun, a proportional refund will be made, deducting services already rendered and administrative fees already paid to the authority, which are not refundable by GOgestión. Administrative fees paid to public bodies are governed by the regulations of each body, and their refund, if applicable, must be requested directly from the corresponding authority.
13. Data protection and applicable law
The processing of the Client's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties submit to the Courts of Seville, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that corresponds to the consumer under applicable regulations.
